I have three groups of Microecon courses and each chapter I allow 3 attempts at a quiz with the same 20 questions. I have found students passing the answers by cell phone to the other sections (these are dual credit students, 11th graders in high school earning college credits). To alleviate this, I uploaded the test bank questions (there are 164) and still allowing 3 attempts, but with each attempt, the student gets 20 new questions from 1st attempt. Is there a way to allow 3 attempts, but the student gets to keep the same 20 questions for all 3 attempts? Otherwise, they are getting 20 different questions each attempt.
Hi @JLafrenz27,
I know I have seen a suggestion in the Idea area for this exact thing (though I cannot locate it right now). I don't think it's currently possible to give students the same questions from a bank with multiple attempts in either Classic or New Quizzes right now though. I wish I had better news for you on this one :(.

I would suggest creating the quiz but not getting the questions from a question bank.
Wondering, with the students txting the answers to the others, is the questions multiple choice ones, if so how about selecting shuffle the answer, if you are using the classic quizzes.
If you are using the new quizzes style, you could try shuffling the questions and answers, look in the settings section when you are building the quiz.
