I have not received another email with a backup email to use for my login and I also cannot see the green box for accepting the program

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with getting access to your course. Are you trying to register or enroll in courses? If you are still waiting for an invitation to your course or need access and credentials to login to Canvas, you'll want to speak with your school or institution directly. They should be able to confirm you are registered with an email, confirm you have signed up for a course, assist with logging in, etc.
