Canvas Attendance Roster for Financial Aid Reporting

From what I can see, Canvas's admin attendance feature only records students that are marked as present or absent for a given period, it does not document students whose status has not been recorded. This forces someone to manually comb through courses to make sure each student is documented. Am I missing a feature that negates this shortcoming?

I understand you are running Roll Call Attendance reports at the account level, and are not seeing users who do not have any attendance marks in the reports. I tested this and was seeing the same. It looks like the report will not include users if they do not have attendance marks.
