Our teachers began having an issue with students not being able to access Google Cloud assignments or not being able to submit assignments when we returned to class, January 7th. We have cleared cache, reauthorized Google, confirmed only the student's school account is signed in, etc. What is odd about this one is sometimes some students are able to access this type of assignments and sometimes they are not. The page just tries to keep loading. There is no consistency. This makes troubleshooting difficult. I have had a support ticket in with Canvas sine then and they have elevated the ticket, but I am still not getting anywhere. I have attached an example (CCA1). In the settings, the submission type is set to External Tool and the link to the document is correct (CCA2). I have read a great deal on issues but none seemed to fit mine exactly. I am not sure what is causing the sporatic nature of issue. Any help or ideas on how to resolve are appreciated.

I'm just seeing this question, so apologies for the late response.
this actually was a known issue and a lot of us were having this problem. Canvas and Google I believe worked together and a fix was applied. I'm glad you opened a ticket with canvas. They probably already told you it's resolved now.

They did not inform me. Thank you. I will have our teachers check to see if the issue has been resolved.
