Cannot Grade Quiz

I am unable to grade a quiz on Canvas. When I open the speed grader, I just get a "Loading" message. I have kept the page open for hours, and the student submission will not load. I have tried clearing my browser's cache, using a different browser, and using a different laptop. None of these attempts have resolved the problem. What should I do?

That's frustrating, @DevDhruv when one part of the page doesn't load. It's been a few days since you posted your question so I hope it's resolved, but a more timely answer wouldn't have offered more than contacting your local IT services support team and/or Canvas support. Anyone can check the current Canvas status by visiting the Instructure Status webpage.

I had the same problem on a New Quiz. I realized that the issue was that somehow the submission was allowed unlimited time, and the student hadn't fully submitted the quiz yet. I clicked on Build > Moderate > "In Progress" (for the student who hadn't submitted; all others said "View Log"), and then I was able to scroll down and submit it, allowing it to be graded like normal.
