Can a quiz be separated into two parts, with multiple questions in each part?

Additionally, is there a way to make the second part only accessible after the first part has been completed?

You could do this by using Requirements:

The Quiz Part 1 would be the first item in the Module, with a Requirement set that it has to be completed (or a certain score earned) in order to unlock the next item in the Module, which would be Quiz Part 2.
