Hello,
I have a Blueprint Course that is linked to cohorts running at different times and ending at different times. IE Cohorts - 0424; 0524; 1024; 0125
The Blueprint works great at keeping all 4 cohorts upto date.
BUT now that some cohorts are done - how do I stop the "ended cohorts" from being updated.
- Before blueprint - I would just do an end date to close the course - incase we needed it for accreditation, boards or student records.
- We want all the data and submissions to be retained with the "versions" that cohort ended with.
- We do not want the gradebook to change.
- Should I go to settings --> participation --> end date?
- Should I go to settings --> course status --> conclude this course?
- Is there a way to "undo" conclude if needed for any strange reason?
- Should I go to the blueprint --> associated --> click the "x" (remove association?
- Does this ruin any settings or does it just "cut off updates" from that point foward?
- Any other option?
I am just confused by the options I should use and the differences. Thanks

You can simply remove the association. This won't change any settings, except that any locked content from the BluePrint will now be editable.
