Big Icons, Canvas not loading on any browser

My canvas seems to have enlarged icons and no solution I've found on community forums has worked. I've tried troubleshooting this with a teacher who's very handy with canvas, and she doesn't know how to troubleshoot this either. Tried clearing cache, etc. and this didn't work either. I can't even see the "help" link on my dashboard to submit a ticket for this.
My main browser is chrome on mac, but it doesn't load on safari either.

One of my users had this issue recently and I found that it was due to her having a VPN enabled. This was on a PC and she had Norton Antivirus that had several different components, one of them being a VPN. When we turned that off and reloaded the page it went back to normal.
I know you have a Mac, so you might not have Norton installed, but maybe you have a different one installed? Can you look in your system Settings > Network to see if you have any VPN's listed there?
