When using the "Attendance" feature (with the QR code check-in feature and the seat chart), about 2/3 of my students in every section of every course show up as "inactive", and they cannot check in.
The "inactive" label only occurs in the "Attendance" tab. The gradebook, the "People" tab, etc., all shows them active.
Is it a glitch, or did I accidentally click something, or is it related to student settings? Puzzled. I'd love to be able to use the "Attendance" features in the second half of the semester.
