Assignments are not loading for a specific student using PC. But loads if she switches to mobile web.

A student visited the "Assignments" page using her Fujitsu laptop for 2 courses, she could access the page, but the assignment list just won't load as expected. But when she switches to using her mobile phone, she sees the assignment list. In addition, as admin I could see the assignment list when I view as the student.

PC software: Windows 11

We've had her tried:

1. Using Chrome browser
2. Using Edge browser
3. Update Chrome/Edge to the latest version
4. Cleared cache of the browser
5. Using incognito window

But none worked. 

We've also checked:

1. No error report
2. No erroneous API response

We're currently asking the student to delete browser app Chrome and download it again. But would like to ask if there's anything else we could try/test.

Does the student have any chrome extensions installed (which might have also been imported by Edge)? Extensions by default don't work in incognito, but the student may have allowed it at some time in the past.

If they log in to their previous account after the reinstall, the extension may be redownloaded, and it may still not work, I'd recommend disabling all extensions to check, and if it works, then check one by one.
