Add Students to Student-Created Group

I am a student, not an instructor. In MyCourses on Canvas, I created a group on the People page. I want to add students to the Group. How do I do so?

I checked the links but for me, the issue remains.

I can't see how I could add more users to the group I created.

There is no "Manage" in my view, only "Visit" ("Besök" in Swedish).

As a student who created the group, there is currently no way to add more users to it after creating it unless you are the student group leader. However, other users can still join if the group was created to be free to join. To add more users, you could:

• message students and encourage them to join 
• Ask your teacher to manually make you the group leader so you can see the "Manage" link and add users - How do I manage groups as a student group leader? 
• Ask your teacher to add students to the group -How do I manually assign students to groups? )
