Hello, wonderful people.
I'm newly appointed as a system admin of a Canvas installation. A course builder wants to add SCORM content but couldn't find the option on the course menu. I checked every admin screen and found nowhere to enable SCORM on the course menu for all courses.
Attached is a screenshot of the course menu they have.
Any help is appreciated.

@WalidAlieldin Welcome! You may need to contact your customer success manager (CSM) to enable the SCORM LTI if it's not present in your Canvas instance, per these instructions.
Hope this helps!
Hi @WalidAlieldin,
If the SCORM app is enabled on your Canvas instance as @melodyc_lam described, but is set to be disabled by default in the course navigation, have a look at this blog article for some instructions on editing the app (LTI) settings to have it be enabled/visible in course navigation by default: Managing LTI Course Navigation Visibility

Thanks, mzimmerman.
I accessed the full list of apps by accessing the installed apps JSON through the URL https://<school>.instructure.com/api/v1/accounts/1/external_tools?per_page=100. There is no mention of the word SCORM anywhere.
Getting in touch with our CSM now.
