Are there accessibility features for those with low vision disability, for example: high contrast or dark theme? Hard to believe there aren't in such a widely adopted platform, but I can't seem to find any. The lack of such is a real deal-breaker for me with my disability, but I am stuck with Canvas at my institution.

Hi @MatthewRamage ...
There is a high contrast setting you can switch on/off at any time...which may help you.
- How do I enable the high contrast user interface as a student?
- How do I enable the high contrast user interface as an instructor?
Do you think this will work for your needs?

I'm sorry that the educational material is not easy for you to access, @MatthewRamage. In addition to the excellent suggestions mentioned by @Chris_Hofer, I encourage you to share your experience with your instructor and the accessibility services office at your institution.
