2 McGraw Hill-Accounts While using 1 Canvas Account

Hi,

I am currently using 2 McGraw-Hill accounts, one for my accounting course and one for my marketing course. I've noticed that Canvas does not let you use 2 accounts at once. Any ideas for a workaround?

Hi @dlora2021 

Do your accounts with McGraw use the same email? Is it the email that is on your Canvas account? Perhaps support for McGraw Hill could merge your two accounts. Otherwise if you are stuck signed in to one and need to sign in for the other when changing classes, you should be able to force a sign out by clearing your browser cache. That should make it prompt you to sign in again and then you can just swap accounts.

To answer your questions,
I reached out to support and they, unfortunately, could not merge the accounts. For the time being, I have been signing in and out between classes to sync my grades. 

- Canvas / McGraw-Hill Account #1: School Email

- McGraw-Hill Account #2: Personal Email
