Move Handle on Annotation Toolbar hidden

When opening a PDF from the Student app, the handle to move the annotation toolbar is hidden by the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen. It is very tricky to try to grab the toolbar to move it. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi! I am able to move the annotation bar left or right easily when the iPad is vertical, but the little handle goes below the screen if it is horizontal. Is this what you're experiencing?
