[To Do] Give teachers option to add everything or anything in their courses to Student To-Do List

Problem statement:

Students work from the Canvas To-Do list--because it's easier than having to bounce from "classroom" to "classroom" where what they need to do is "buried under 'stuff' " or organized in whatever way the teacher needs it to be. Teachers organize content into units/modules--usually based on pedagogical cognitive theories and best practices. This means that students completely skip over a lot of the actual "learning" that the courses have to offer.

Proposed solution:

Put the "add to student's to-do" option on "everything." It's already on pages--but it isn't everything, like files, for example. I could put a PowerPoint or document on a page, but then the student has to download the file, and that's not always possible based on the device the student is using. This would allow teachers to organize content but allow students to use Canvas the way they want to use it.
