[Theme Editor] Expand File URL display in theme editor

Problem statement:

When reviewing the file upload when designing and deploying a theme, I can't see what file I've uploaded to the CSS and JS options as the entire non-resizing box is taken up by the first part of the uploaded URL.

Proposed solution:

Remove the internal storage location prefix from the theme editor for these files when viewing normally, and/or expand the size of these to allow fast review of what's been uploaded. This would allow an easy sanity check in the case of a necessary review of what file has been uploaded from our version control system, instead of showing the https://instructure.... location repeatedly instead of the file itself.
