[Studio] Accessibility error in Studio - standardize the CC button

Problem statement:

Students struggle to turn on captions due to the non standardized icon for "toggle captions on" versus the universally standard "CC" icon. Resulting in a frustrating hunt for my alternate media students to find the button to see the text.

Proposed solution:

Change the captions toggle to standardize with the rest of the world on the CC icon. The button icon for "toggle captions on" is inconsistent with the standard "CC" icon used across all other video media platforms. This is a place to be consistent with standardized use of CC for accessibility.

The icon to the right of the speaker is "toggle captions on"

The "toggle captions on" icon is non-standard and not recognized by my alternate media students. 

Yes, it does have a hover over feature, but why not standardize to make this an easy accommodation?

Below is the standard CC icon the students are looking for because it's the industry standard representation for turning captions on.
