[Speedgrader] Automatically move to next assignment in Speedgrader after entering comment or score

Problem statement:

When moving through low stakes assignments in the speedgrader, I have to drag the cursor up to the right arrow/next student. arrow and select the next student. It can get tedious. In a perfect world, my hands would not have to leave the keyboard while responding to low stakes assignments.

Proposed solution:

I would like the option in "settings" to enable the ability to automatically move to the next assignment in speed grader after I click submit on either my comment or after entering the score.

Note: having a keystroke command, like "right arrow" would also accomplish this.
