[SpeedGrader] See the same stimulus/question view in SpeedGrader as in the course build/student view

Problem statement:

New Quizzes now has the option to place the stimulus above it's related questions when building a quiz (this is done by selecting the "Questions below" orientation option when editing a stimulus rather than choosing the "Questions to the right" option, which was the previous default). My students prefer this "Questions below" view and I was also excited to have this view option as it can be quite cumbersome to grade questions with the "Questions to the right" in the SpeedGrader. Unfortunately, the "Questions below" does not translate to the SpeedGrader, and instead still shows the "Questions to the right" view for grading purposes.

Proposed solution:

Please update so that the Stimulus Orientation option is mirrored in the SpeedGrader for ease of grading and for consistency between the student view and the instructor grading view.
