[SpeedGrader] Efficient Deletion of Comments in Discussion Library is Needed

When I start to correct a new discussion in general I have no need for many of my previous discussion library comments. I would like to efficiently delete discussion comments that are no longer applicable. There should be a box adjacent to each discussion comment in the library. I can then check boxes to select those discussion comments that I would like to delete in one single deletion step. This capability is available in many user interface environments.

I am unclear about the location of the request you describe.

Are you looking at deleting Comments from the Comment Library available in Speedgrader? You are able to remove those from your listed options -- How do I use the Comment Library in SpeedGrader? 

Would you like to bulk-delete those?

Yes I would like to delete several comments at once from the Comment Library in the Discussions Speedgrader.

Yes sometimes I would like to bulk-delete all the comments used when correcting a previous discussion because they no longer have any relevance when I am correcting a new discussion.

And sometimes I would like to select a subset of previously used comments that are no longer applicable to my current discussion correction and then bulk-delete these selected comments.

But note that during the next semester I will need to re-install the applicable discussion comments that were deleted during the current semester. In a previous features request I had requested that comments be saved in files/categories that can be reused in future semesters. These files/categories can have self-documenting names such as "Discussion_12_Comments".
