[Rubrics] Export Rubric Grade Details

Problem statement:

There is no way to export scores from individual criterion on a rubric. I can see the gradebook with the total scores, and I can see the rubric template, but I don't see a way to pull the detailed grading

Proposed solution:

Create an export file similar to the gradebook export. This data is very useful in assignment-level analytics.

I searched our existing ideas, and I found [Rubrics] Export aggregate rubric scores to identify strengths and weaknesses of class as a whole. Would this request align with yours?
