[Pages] Have the page title be course nickname so it shows in browser tab

Currently when you nickname a course and then enter that course, the nickname shows in the breadcrumb trail in the course, but the browser tab still shows the course code rather than nickname. For instructors using nicknames to disambiguate courses and make sure they're working in the right course at the right time, having the nickname be the page title represented in the browser tab would be more helpful than the course code.

Similarly, as a parent, once I switch to the Grades view I can no longer see which class I am looking at.  It switches to "Grades for <ChildsName>". I'd rather it keep the class name as a title, like it does on the course home page.

I keep an open tab for each of my son's classes, and I can't tell them apart. As we work through each one, checking for incomplete assignments, I have to scroll up to the top so I can see which class I'm looking at.
