[New Quizzes] grading essays

Problem statement:

When grading essay questions in a quiz, the font is pretty small. It is hard to read. Grader cannot zoom in or click on the text to read.

Proposed solution:

should be able to click on essay response box to see text in a box that will enable zooming to better see the text.

Hi @WinnSeals  -

When grading (or navigating different parts of a course), I utilize the CTRL +/- buttons to change the size of the text on my screen. It depends on what I'm working on, but it's pretty fast to update. What functionality are you looking for beyond those shortcuts and browser options?

Hi @WinnSeals, can you please clarify where do you want to be able to enable zoom for essay questions? Is it in Speedgrader or somewhere else?

Problem statement:

I hate the new quizzes - the text editor doesn't format lines properly so there are no spaces when I need them. I also find it very difficult that I can't expand my students' responses so they're almost impossible to read. The fudge points are also in the wrong place - put them on the other side of the page so I don't accidentally fill that field in instead of the actual grade. The only problems I had before with classic quizzes is that I couldn't always figure out a way to include a long reading in the quiz field, but this is ridiculous. I should be able to expand or zoom out the student response so it not all bunched up and the essay can be read.

Proposed solution:

Change the text editor embedding to mirror what it was before and put the fudge points on the left hand side of the page at the bottom.
