Lock modules

Problem statement:

we are not able to ensure predictability for students that there is consistency in all rooms cause teachers get too much access to change ect.

Proposed solution:

Be able to lock modules in blueprint courses, so that they can edit the resources within but not delete the actual module

i think the solution you are linking to, still makes it possible for teachers to delete the module or? and then its just added back in at the next sync
