[Inbox] belongs to Course Navigation Panel

Every time that I receive or send a message I need to first identify the course. The label associated with a course that has several sections are all the same even though I assign distinctive nicknames to each of the course sections.

When I receive or send a message I am thinking locally, such as, which course am I working in. There is no need for a global inbox which is inefficient and degrades my productivity. The Inbox should not be in the Global Navigation panel. Instead each course should have an Inbox in its Course Navigation Panel. 

Every Blackboard course has its own email utility. Hopefully Canvas will one day also allow each Canvas course to have its own email utility.

Thanks for sharing this idea, @VHDL2STA . We've made a few small edits to bring the terminology into line with Canvas's Inbox messaging system (which is different from an email client).
