[Inbox] Automatically cc observers when emailing a student

Problem statement:

When I need to message an observer and student individually, I have to look up their observers individual names and type them in to the Canvas email. This takes FOREVER.

Proposed solution:

When I send an individual email to a student, I should have the options to automatically cc all of their observers without having to type in their observers names, like parentsquare. In parentsquare I can click on both parents and students and by typing in the student's name, both the parents and students are sent the same email.
