[Files] WebP file format

I know that HEIC is a proprietary file format so will never be supported because to render it requires a licence but what is the progress on supporting the WebP file format?

@JedKeenan, can you please expand on where you're hoping to see support for webp files in Canvas? In my testing I'm able to upload webp images, and render them as expected in my content, so I may not be understanding your situation.
