[Enrollments] Search for user option in course enrollment page

It would be nice, especially for support staff, if we could search on name fields and partial email addresses in the enroll dialogue.  This way if we know the person's name but not their exact user id or email address, we could start typing a name or partial email address and be presented with a list of matches.

We really need this! We have the complet name for the user, but not the ID or email, so I need to open another page to search the ID, copy it, back for the page, paste and included that user. Suport team REALLY NEED this!
