[Documentation] Update to Zoom/Canvas Studio integration instructions

Problem statement:

My institution is exploring the Zoom/Canvas Studio integration via a Zoom OAuth App. Instructions here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Studio-Guide/How-do-I-configure-my-institution-s-Zoom-app-... While the instructions are comprehensive, they are not updated with Zoom's current app-creation interface. For example, there are many new settings if you choose to create a General App that are required when creating the app. Additionally, if you direct choose a Server to Server OAuth app, there are no options for redirects.

Proposed solution:

I'd just like the documentation to be updated to reflect the current Zoom interface. Thanks!
