[Documentation] Canvas Grading Policy: Zero (Need Literature and Clarity on Imports)

Problem statement:

Teachers who have used the grading policy for zeros to be entered into their grade book if a student hasn't submitted an assignment after a due date are having an issue. These teachers are seeing zeros appear BEFORE the due date. According the Canvas support, that is because the teacher imported a course which had this grading policy on from a previous year. Even though the teachers set it so that the due dates were removed, it did not matter. Even if the teacher changed the due date on the assignment, it did not matter. The Canvas support could not provide any literature and directions on this for me to share with teachers. The only solution they could provide was to turn it off or change students grades when they receive a zero early.

Proposed solution:

There needs to be literature created to state what should be turned OFF prior to importing course content.
