[Dashboard] Account Calendar events should appear under Coming Up on the dashboard

Problem statement:

Events created on an Account Calendar show up on the calendar itself but do not appear on the dashboard under "Coming Up". We would like to have important dates, like Registration Day, appear on all users' calendars. This would be far more useful to our students if it appeared on the dashboard, rather than hoping they go into their calendar.

Proposed solution:

Events created on your personal calendar appear under Coming Up, so it seems fair that events created for an Account Calendar could also appear here. Perhaps this could be included as a check-box under More Options when creating the calendar event, "Include on dashboard Coming Up"
