[Credentials/Badges] Add info on who/what awarded badge to reporting

Problem statement:

In courses with many students, multiple teachers/TAs, and automated badge awarding, questions can arise about how a specific student received a badge. Auditing awarded badges for accuracy can become important.

Proposed solution:

In reports of badges awarded, it would be very helpful to see which person or process awarded the badge.

When going into members on the Badgr platform you should be able to export a CSV of all members in a issuer that has received a badge and how many pathways they are enrolled into. I do agree that more information needs to be accessible when pulling that CSV. It should pull who earned a badge and what specific badge they earned, not just how many.  Great thought!

Thanks @JosephCorpe! We've pulled that report for some other badging programs, and it's useful. With some of our larger issuers with many badges and more than one editor, I've been approached by program managers who wonder how a particular student earned a badge unexpectedly. We basically need a report for Badgr that's equivalent to the gradebook history in Canvas--especially where a badge can potentially carry more weight and meaning than a typical assignment grade.

We've been able to pull a list of members and the badges they earned through the new Badgr interface in Canvas under the Learner Progress tab. The column format per badge makes it possible to sort by badge and get the list of those who earned a specific badge, but like you say, that would also be nice to get to through the Badgr platform itself. And if there were per-badge reporting that gave additional member details related to the badge, such as who/what awarded the badge and when (similar to the gradebook history), that would really help us as well.
