Course Content Permissions - Break into 3 separate permissions

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas

We would like to break the Course Content permission into 3 segments instead of all or nothing.

1. Course Content Add
2. Course Content Edit
3. Course Content Delete

This would allow for more flexiablity of course and account roles. Users can have the ability to edit content but not delete or add new.

I can see this as a real benefit. Sometimes you need someone to simply be able to edit content, other times create, and you do not always wanting them deleting content.
