[Commons] Bulk Upload Group Members

We would like the ability to be able to bulk upload and add multiple "group members" into groups by user ID or university email within Canvas Commons.

Currently, administrators can create groups for individuals but adding individuals is a manual process:

This would be a great feature! Our counselors would like to be able to add all users in their alpha list. Pasting multiple usernames would be a quick, easy way fo them to manage their group.
