[Catalog] User Defined Fields by Listing

Problem statement:

We want to see where users who are taking a specific course are located. We have location as a User Defined Field, but the UDF is only tied to registration not a specific course so there is no way to gather this data.

Proposed solution:

UDF should be in the listings report or make it so you can choose the UDF for every course.

User role(s):

admin,instructor,designer

Can you please tell me more why do you need the location on a listing level, just to justify the use case? Also, do you need any other data on a listing level?

Hi @KataKeri, as I mentioned, we need to see where people taking a specific course are located. Currently this is not possible.

@JakeStuckey That's clear, what I'm curious about is the why. What do you want to do with the location data?
