[Calendar] Strikethrough Applied to Calendar Appointments

Problem statement:

Calendar appointments should receive the strikethrough formatting after the time has passed. They appear as unresolved items in the calendar even after they are over. Things like discussions/assignments get the strikethrough applied after they are completed/graded. Applying the strikethrough to completed or past appointments would help the user know that anything without the strikethrough is not yet complete.

Proposed solution:

Perhaps the strikethrough could be applied automatically after a calendar appointment date/time has passed, or another option would be to have the option to "mark done" from the calendar view.

Rated 5 stars! While joining past appointments thankfully isn't supported with Calendar appointment signup, I agree that strikethrough of past appointments will improve consistency with other types of Calendar items and reduce confusion for users.
