[Calendar] Per section location details

Problem statement:

When creating a calendar even there is no way to set the location for each section. Only one global location for all sections. i.e. if multiple sections occur in different rooms, there's no way to communicate this

Proposed solution:

Add a section option to each section when using "Use a different date, and location, for each section"
