[Calendar] New event indicator to calendar button
Problem statement:
Right now, when I create a new event under the account calendar there is no indicator to draw users to it nor is there any notification sent of a new account calendar event. My students pay attention to notifications, but don't want anything to get in the way of clicking onto their class buttons.
Proposed solution:
Solution1 A new event indicator be displayed when new events are created Solution2 Create a Announcement button with a indicator to display when new global announcements are posted.
