[Blueprints] Blueprint associated course names could link directly to each course and open in a new tab.

Problem statement:

Our workflow involves navigating between term blueprints and associated courses when making updates. Each blueprint course shows the number of associations in the upper right corner of the page, where we can also reveal a table with Title, Short Name, Term, SIS ID, and Teacher(s). We can reference this information to perform a course search, but based on Canvas' ease of use, it's surprising that each course name does not link directly to the course it references.

Proposed solution:

It would be convenient if the list of associated course names were links that open each section in a new tab, saving users time.
