[Block Editor] Allow Deleting Individual Tabs in a Tab Group

Problem statement:

Currently, when attempting to delete a tab from a tab group, the entire group is removed instead of just the selected tab. This limitation reduces flexibility in managing tab structures, as users may want to remove individual tabs without affecting the rest of the group.

Proposed solution:

Introduce an option that allows users to delete a single tab from a tab group without removing the entire group.
