[Assignments] bulk downloaded assignment file name format

Problem statement:

When downloading the submitted files in quizzes in bulk, They follow a specific format : "<lastname><firstname>_<student Canvas ID>_<attachment ID>_<file name>". However, this format is inconvenient. Being able to customize the format, can allow teachers to differentiate classes. Class A downloaded bulk files vs. Class B downloaded bulk files.

Proposed solution:

I propose 3 solutions. 1. Allow teachers to indiviually customize the download file naming format. 2. Allow admins to customize the download file naming fromat that affects all courses. 3. change the naming format to the following: student name, department, student number ( in the case of a specific Faculty, for example faculty of Science and Technology), class name, and file name are appropriate to have as the name format of the file.
