[Assignment Enhancements] Assignment submission interface clarity

Problem statement:

When submitting an assignment in the updated assignment interface, a green check mark appears next to a file once it has been uploaded. However, this check mark does not indicate that the assignment has been submitted.

Proposed solution:

Rather than display a check mark next to the file once uploaded, it should have text saying "ready to submit" or something along those lines so it is clear to students where they are in the submission process.
