[Announcements] Update All Dates More Easily

Problem statement:

In the Announcements page, you have to go in and manually edit each individual announcement. This is tedious and time consuming because I use numerous announcements (at least 20-30) every semester in every course I teach, so having to go into every single announcement to edit the date in all 8 courses I teach is VERY time intensive.

Proposed solution:

To fix this issue, it would be SO much easier if the Announcements page had a feature similar to the Assignments page where you are able to quickly change the dates of all of the assignments in the course on one single page all at the same time instead of having to go into each and every assignment (like we currently have to do with announcements). It would also be very handy to be able to make an announcement in one course and copy it into your other courses just like you can do with assignments.

Problem statement:

You can not batch-edit announcement dates. Every class has an announcement, and it's the same announcement. I have to change the date individually to delay the posting, as there is information that should not be seen until the correct time. I have to spend an excessive amount of time individually delaying each post. This feels like a straightforward fix for the developers.

Proposed solution:

Allow the announcements to be batched-edited like the assignments.

Hi Nathan,

I am super excited you guys are considering looking at this idea.  I usually have 20-30 announcements for every class and it would be amazing if I were able to go into the announcements section and edit the dates much like how we are able to edit all of the assignments in the course on one single page and then hit save and it changes them all without having to go into each individual announcement and edit that announcement and then save that announcement.  This would increase my efficiency in course setup every semester and save so much time!!  Thanks again for considering this.  Feel free to reach out with any questions about this.
