Since "deleting" a user account will delete all associated information, courses, grades, etc., we have decided to "suspend" user accounts that have not accessed our Canvas instance longer than 5 years or are no longer associated with RTS. However, these suspended accounts still receive emails and other notifications.
I would love for admins to have an checkbox or some other way to turn off notifications/announcements/etc. from Canvas for all suspended user accounts.
