LMS Canvas connect to Turnitin

My lms canvas has problem when connect turnitin by LTI 1p3 

It does not launch a form to login

Please help me to find the way to resolve this issue  

When I put this to address on browser  and turnitin return error below

I think I have issue in my config but where can check and fix.
