Sharing quizzes with question banks

At my school, we are encouraged to have common assessments (or parts of assessments) between classes on the same topic. So I made a quiz about exploration and colonization of the US, and it included question groups to try to minimize cheating. When I tried to share that quiz with another teacher, all they got was the title and settings of the quiz, but not the questions.
Is there a way to share question banks, and quizzes that use question banks, between teachers or on the commons? If not, there should be.
