Commons Group: Unwanted Content in Managed Resources

I'm setting up a Group in Canvas Commons to curate specific content for my school within our university. The group has been created, but when I click on "managed resources" there are 70+ items already there that have nothing to do with the group and were never added to the group. I can't edit them or remove them. Any help would be great.
