Hello! In the last several weeks, we have had multiple students try to register for courses, successfully pay for them through Authorize.Net but Catalog is not reflecting the registration. It's not all students and appears to be for random courses. We have been going back and forth with both Canvas and Authorize support with each pointing the finger at the other. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and know of any resolutions?
We had an issue like this where there was lost transactions. We needed a Canvas engineer on the call and made an appointment with Authorize support to assist. I would recommend this would be the best solution to help solve your problem.
