Students Can't View a Rubric's Descriptions

I created a rubric and attached it to an assignment. It contains rating descriptions for each cell.

However, when I view the rubric in Student View, it does not display any of the detail.  I can't locate any other reports of this and wonder if it might be related to the recent Rubric updates. This happens whether the Assignment Enhancements are enabled or disabled.

Canvas must have done something to fix this, as today I'm able to see all of the cell data in Student Preview mode. Yay!

At least one of our institution's instructors is still experiencing problems with criteria descriptions being hidden in Student View, just like in the OP.

We had this same issue and contacted support. They are beta testing the fix now and if all goes well, it will be put into production on August 28th.

Thanks for letting me know about this, Cynthia! I just heard from one of our affected instructors today, and it sounds like the fix you mentioned is doing the trick. I'm glad to hear this!
